Hotel Management Software in Benin City, Edo: In Benin City, the hotel lounge often does as much business as the rooms.
Many Benin City hotels run a busy lounge or club alongside the rooms, and the evening takings are where money goes missing. Biodux POS and Inventory take every bottle and shot out of stock as it’s sold, voids need the right permission, and drinks for hotel guests go on the right room.

Bar losses rarely come from one big theft. They come from free drinks nobody recorded, voids after the customer has paid, and stock that is only counted once a month. Biodux takes stock out with each sale, so the gap shows up the next morning, not at month-end.
Funerals, weddings and homecomings bring big groups at the weekend. Group bookings sit on one account, and each guest’s extras stay on their own bill.

FAQ
Questions from Benin City
Do you install in Benin City?
Yes. Our team travels from Lagos to install and train on site, then supports you by phone, WhatsApp and remote access.
Can we stop bar staff voiding paid drinks?
Yes. Voiding is a separate right. Staff without it can’t void, and every void prints a cancelled-order ticket naming who did it.
