Hotel Reservation System with Density Chart: Know exactly what you can sell before the phone stops ringing.
The reservations module in Biodux PMS holds every booking, deposit and group reservation in one place. Your front desk sees availability on a colour-coded density chart, takes the deposit with its receipt number, and the booking follows the guest straight to check-in.
A real situation
The Saturday wedding problem
A family books your hall for a Saturday wedding and wants 40 rooms for guests coming in from Abuja. Half will pay themselves, the rest go on the family’s account. Two travel agents call the same afternoon asking for the same weekend.
In Biodux, the hall is booked like a room, the 40 rooms are tied to one group account, and the density chart tells whoever answers the phone that Saturday is nearly full. Nobody promises a room you don’t have.

FAQ
Reservations: common questions
Can I take a deposit when a guest books?
Yes. Record the amount, how it was paid and the receipt number on the reservation. It follows the guest to check-in and shows on their bill.
What happens to the deposit if a booking is cancelled?
You choose: refund it all, refund part of it, keep it as a cancellation fee, or hold it as credit the guest can use next time. Each choice is recorded.
Can we book our hall for events in the same system?
Yes. Set halls and other event spaces up as an event place with their own tariff, and they sit alongside your rooms on the same screens.
Do bookings from our website come in automatically?
They do if you use the Biodux Booking Engine. Guests book on your site, and the reservation lands in Biodux PMS ready for check-in.
