Hotel Front Desk Software: A front desk that doesn’t need a notebook beside the computer.
Biodux PMS gives your receptionists one screen for the whole stay: the guest profile, check-in, the registration card, room moves and check-out. Each guest has a record that remembers their last visit, their company and whether they’re allowed to charge to their room.
A real situation
Monday morning, 11:45
Six guests want to check out before noon, two walk-ins are waiting for rooms, and a regular from Port Harcourt is asking why his corporate rate isn’t showing. The receptionist has one pair of hands.
In Biodux, the regular’s profile already has his company and rate. Checkout closes each bill, or pushes the balance to the company’s account in one step. If someone tries to sell a room housekeeping hasn’t released, the system says so and logs it.

FAQ
Front desk: common questions
Can a guest’s company pay for the room while the guest pays for extras?
Yes. Keep extras on a separate bill and transfer the room balance to the company’s account at checkout. Both bills print cleanly.
What stops staff from selling a room that isn’t ready?
Biodux checks the housekeeping status at check-in. Selling a room that hasn’t been released needs a deliberate override, and the override is recorded with the user’s name.
Can we blacklist a guest?
Yes, from the profile or at checkout. The flag shows the next time anyone tries to check that guest in, and there is a blacklisted guests report.
How long does it take to train receptionists?
Most front desk staff are comfortable within a day or two of hands-on training. We train your team on site as part of setup.
