Some hotels belong to groups that keep their accounts in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, also called Navision. Biodux PMS sends sales, taxes and receivables to Navision automatically, so the front desk works in Biodux and group finance sees the figures in the system it already trusts.

Why it matters
Head office won’t change its accounting system because one hotel changed its PMS. Without an interface, someone exports a spreadsheet every day and posts it by hand.
With the integration, the figures move on their own, in a consistent format, and corrections in the PMS are reversed properly in Navision instead of being patched by hand.
