What is a night audit?
It is the end-of-day routine where room charges are posted to every in-house guest and the day’s figures are checked and closed. Our night audit checklist guide walks through it step by step.
Can the owner get the reports without logging in?
Any report can be exported to PDF or Excel and sent on. Many owners get the Manager’s Flash Report every morning this way.
Does it calculate RevPAR and ADR?
Yes. Both appear on the Night Auditor’s Report by room type and on the Manager’s Flash Report for today, month to date and year to date.
