Biodux Booking Engine questions

Do I need Biodux PMS to use the booking engine?

Yes. The booking engine takes its rooms and availability from Biodux PMS and sends bookings back to it. That is what stops double bookings.

Which payment gateway does it use?

Paystack. Guests pay with their card or other Paystack methods, and the money goes to your own Paystack account.

Can I ask for full payment instead of a deposit?

You set what guests pay up front: a percentage of the stay, or the first night.

Will it work on my existing website?

Yes. Your website links to your booking page, styled with your logo and colours. If you don’t have a website yet, talk to us.

Does it replace Booking.com and other OTAs?

It sits alongside them. The aim is to win more direct bookings, especially from repeat guests, so you pay less commission. Our guide on direct bookings explains the trade-offs.
