Biodux PMS questions

What is a hotel PMS?

A property management system is the software your front office runs on: reservations, check-in and check-out, guest bills, room status and the daily figures. Our guide “What is a hotel PMS?” explains it in plain terms.

Can my restaurant and bar charge to a guest’s room?

Yes. With Biodux POS in your outlets, the cashier picks the in-house guest by name or room number and the charge lands on their folio straight away.

Does Biodux PMS work with our door locks?

It connects to VingCard, TTLock, Orbita and Xeeder locks. Keys are issued at check-in, updated on a room move and cancelled at checkout.

Can we move our guest records from our old system?

Usually, yes. We look at what your current system can export during the demo and plan the move with you. Room setup, rates and opening balances are part of every installation.

How much does Biodux PMS cost?

It depends on the number of rooms and which modules you need, so we quote per property. Book a demo or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send a quote.

How long does it take to go live?

A typical hotel is set up and trained over a few days. Larger properties with several outlets and integrations take longer, and we agree the plan with you before we start.
