FAQ
Questions about the suite
Do I have to buy the whole suite?
No. Most hotels start with the PMS and POS. Inventory, Accounts and the booking engine can be added later, and they pick up the data that’s already there.
Is it one program or several?
Each department has its own Biodux application with screens built for its job, and they all work on the same database. That’s what keeps the numbers in agreement.
What if we already use another accounting system?
If your group keeps its books in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Biodux PMS can send sales, taxes and receivables to it. For other systems, talk to us about exports.
How is the suite priced?
By quote, based on rooms, outlets, terminals and modules. Request a quote and we’ll send one for your property.
