    Split one table across several tabs, each with its own subtotal, tax and room service charge.

  • Happy hour that runs itself

    Set a discount and start and end time for each day of the week. It applies only to the items you choose.

  • Voids need permission

    Cancelling an order needs the right, and a “cancelled order” ticket prints with the name of whoever did it.

  • Recipes take stock out

    Sell a plate of jollof and the rice, oil and chicken come out of kitchen stock at their recipe quantities.

Biodux POS questions

Can I use Biodux POS without the hotel PMS?

Yes. Standalone restaurants, bars and lounges run Biodux POS on its own, with inventory and accounts if they want them. Charge to room simply isn’t used.

How many kitchen or bar printers can it use?

Up to four order printers, with each item sent to the printer for its station. You can also print orders at the cashier.

Can we sell spirits by the shot?

Yes. Set a shot or glass as a fraction of the bottle, and the bottle stock goes down by that fraction each time you sell one.

Which payment terminals does it work with?

You keep whichever bank or fintech terminal you use today and record the payment against the bill. You can split one bill across several payment methods.

How do you stop staff voiding paid items?

Voiding is a separate right. Staff without it can’t void, and every void prints a cancelled-order ticket with the name of the person who did it.
