Hotel Billing & City Ledger Software: Every charge on the right bill, and every company account up to date.
Billing in Biodux PMS keeps one folio per guest, with room charges, restaurant and bar bills, laundry, deposits and refunds all on it. Corporate guests can be billed to their company, and anything unpaid at checkout moves to the city ledger, where you can see who owes what on any date.
A real situation
The company that pays in 60 days
An oil services company keeps three rooms booked all year. They pay for rooms and breakfast, never for the bar. Their accounts department wants one invoice a month, and your accountant wants to know how much they owe today, not in four weeks.
Biodux puts extras on a separate bill from the room, sends the room balance to the company at checkout, and the city ledger shows the company’s position with balance brought forward. The corporate master bill prints the whole month in one document.
