Door locks & key cards
Biodux PMS talks to your electronic door lock system, so the receptionist issues the key card from the same screen they check the guest in on. Room moves update the key, checkout cancels it, and every key issued is in the key history.

Oracle Opera FIAS interface
FIAS is the interface standard Oracle Opera uses to talk to other hotel systems, and many TV, entertainment and guest-service vendors only support FIAS. Biodux PMS speaks it as well, so those systems receive check-ins and check-outs from Biodux and post their charges back to the guest’s bill.

Hotel TV & Wi-Fi
Biodux PMS sends check-ins and check-outs to your hotel TV and Wi-Fi systems. The TV can greet the guest by name, and guests log on to the hotel Wi-Fi with their room number and surname instead of hunting for a password at reception.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Some hotels belong to groups that keep their accounts in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, also called Navision. Biodux PMS sends sales, taxes and receivables to Navision automatically, so the front desk works in Biodux and group finance sees the figures in the system it already trusts.

Do integrations cost extra?
Some do, depending on the work and the vendor’s requirements. Integrations are included in your quote, so there are no surprises later.
Who supports the integration if something stops working?
Start with us. We’ll check the Biodux side and work with the other vendor if the problem is on theirs.
